How is the donation OCEF get is spent? Are they audited? For each dollar
they get, what percentage goes to the 国内失学儿童? what percentage is spent
and overhaed?
I would ask the same questions. Check the website, there are expense reports
for the past years. But I couldn't find any information on outside/
