I couldn't send my post here earlier so i thought i was banned by pets and
had to use my majia.
Some clarification: Never ever thought of soliciting biz from this board,
nor did i care to get real biz here or elsewhere. My studio is primarly for
pursuing my personl interest and for charity purpose if possible.
I am not living in the costly bay area. I can afford to sit in my cozy home
, never worrying about getting enough downpay for my primary residence
purchase. If i ever want to purchase another one, it will primarly for
investment purpose, not that i need a roof.
