一个9岁的小女孩在朋友家，试图去pat一只躺在黑暗中的lab, 结果被咬了。 最后法官判定这是因为她的不当行为导致了狗的自卫，所以不能得到赔偿。。。
Minn. Statutes Annotated, Section 347.22: Damages, owner liable.
If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the dog is liable in damages to the person so attacked or injured to the full amount of the injury sustained. The term "owner" includes any person harboring or keeping a dog but the owner shall be primarily liable. The term "dog" includes both male and female of the canine species.
“According to the Minnesota Supreme Court, a dog-bite victim provokes a dog when they have direct knowledge that the dog poses a danger and they nonetheless voluntarily expose themselves to that danger.” |

发帖数: 4518 | 7 看样子有小孩子来家不能随便pat狗狗啊。我家Abby怕人，但是和小孩子熟起来特快，
我们还想让朋友的孩子多来家玩。以后得多盯着啦。

本月初国内一养狗员，在狗场里被藏獒咬骨折了。 |

最好是breeder家里就有小孩经常能和狗玩的。

就像那法律说的，谁叫我没事儿在人家吃饭睡觉的时候去摸人家屁股和嘴哪…………被
