Morning: 200 calories-a glass of soy milk, a chunk of dark chocolate.
Noon: 700 calories- A chicken or black bean sandwich(500 calories), some
carrots (100 calories), a big orange(100 calories)
Evening: 300 calories-vegetable and fruit.
Is this a good plan for scientific diet for losing weight?
Intended target of weight loss: 52 LBS.

Note: sometimes I will use yogurt to replace soy milk.

Not enough protein. You need to add healthy snacks in between the meals.

早上加鸡蛋,不吃黑巧,chicken sandwich应该没有500卡吧,胡萝卜就别吃了,晚上

Thank you!!
I will follow you guys advice.
But I have one question.
I know dark chocolate is very healthy for heart and skin, and it boost the
metabolism as well. Also I learned to eat some sugar in the morning will
help lose weight and control hunger later in the day. That's why I want to
have dark chocolate in the morning.
What's the reason to cut it? (my planned size is a 100 calories chunk).

对黑巧的减肥作用我一直报着谨慎怀疑的态度。。。而且你早上就一杯奶,一块糖,热
量哗啦哗啦的下去了,却没吃什么,蛋白质不够,你这一上午不饿么。。。
