Sorry I can not type Chinese now.
I really need help now. I have two extra cell phones (new) and try to sell
them.
So I posted 2 phones online this morning. I posted on Eb*y and Am***n for
almost similar prices. I never expect they would get sold very quickly -
that's why I posted on both websites.
When I came back home tonight, I surprisingly found out that they both got
sold on both websites! I have to ship tomorrow to two buyers at the same
time. But I only have 2 phones, NOT 4 phones!
What can I do? Sorry I hardly sell anything online...Can I cancel the
transactions? Will it be bad for my account?
Any opinions are welcome!

But Ask nicely first before cancel it.

Eventually I shipped two to A----N customer. Communicated with the E--Y
customer and he agreed to cancel the order.
As sioc suggested, we have to do it from seller's side, with a reason of '
Buyer's request'.
Hopefully it won't hurt my new account.
Thank you again for all the Nice People who provided phones to my message
box!
I would take all if I have more demands! Best luck to you all.
