这种货物几乎不可能发生这种情况,除非厂家/商家把旧货密封,以旧充新。另外这是
FBA item,我们发货时和亚麻收货时都检查过了。于是联系了亚麻客服。亚麻调查了一
番回答说,没有这回事。但这信来自亚麻的performance team,他们不能重新做结论,
让联系performance team,并给了他们的电邮地址。
联系了performance team。过了很久收到回信,说:“Thank you for responding to
our request for information. However, we still need more information
regarding your plan of action for this wrong item complaint before we can
reinstate your listing on your behalf.

感觉亚麻可能搞错了。于是回了封信详细解释了有关情况。过了很久,又收到了
performance team 的回信。但这封信和上一封信一模一样!感觉可能是亚麻的机器人
回的信。大家碰到过这种情况吗?如何处理?谢谢! |
