发帖数: 22025 | 5 是FBA的item吗？这个比较容易些。因为很多买家claim defective是为了省运费，只要
你有先前removal order的证据，而且每次都report过。
如果是FBM的，会比较麻烦，得准备收据等。 |

谈不上模版。这种东西要对case评估。然后才可以动手。
