so i talked to the poster master and my USPS account manager. They sent the
claim request to the main sort station in my area, and have the consumer
affair department ppl work on the missing and delay articles.
5 days after they open the investigation, the head of customer affair called
me, and he was like "oh, you sent over 2000 pieces a day, and got 50 lost?
That's a pretty nice number to me. only 2.5% lost rate looks pretty normal
to me."
I was like What the fxxx, what do you want me tell my customers? "oh your
package got lost,, and you polly deserve it!?"
The head of consumer affair said:"guess what, lost pieces are lost, delay
pieces are delayed. We can do nothing about it. thank you, bye bye.
