卖了一个 printer + photo papers
fedex 两次 attempts 都没有人签收
今天他去fedex 自己去的，签收了。
然后通过 ebay发了 return request说没收到printer,只收到 photo papers. 详情
：
Reason:It's missing parts or accessories
Comments:the only item received was the photo paper - no printer was
received with this shipment
这个怎么处理
我有他的签收证明， fedex tracking..
是不是我会赢这个 case. ...
