发帖数: 49 | 1 第一次在ebay上卖东西，因为buyer地址不能验证所以申请cancel，昨天他催着我issue
refund，但因为时间太晚就睡了，今天醒来收到2封email，一封来自ebay说buyer
declined the case 还有一封是paypal的是buyer提出争议 把货款冻结了。我现在应该
怎么做是正确的步骤？
1.buyer delined了之后是不是就是不能refund FVF了？
2.因为paypal的款也被冻结了，怎么issue refund呢？
3.是不是要重新开个case？这样FVF能拿到吗？

You should have a Paypal case in your account. Just go to Resolution Center
and resolve the case there. It is pretty straightforward.
3.是不是要重新开个case？这样FVF能拿到吗？
You need to call eBay and tell them that you only ship to Paypal-confirmed
address but the buyer's one is not. You may get your FVF back.

因为现在paypal那笔被dispute了，如果要退是不是需要自己另外的资金退了然后再把
dispute的取消？
paypal的是有几十的手续费，收到的款项是原价扣除手续费的，是不是也要最后paypal
会补偿的？

no need. buyers are mean. if he disagreed at the first time, he won't agree
on the 2nd time unless you give him some bonus.

Absolutely NO. Don't do it. Otherwise you will lose the money and Paypal
will also refund his money. Just reply in your Paypal Resolution center.
