A buyer bought a XP65 camera filed return request for defective after 18
days of receipt. I told him that it is Amazon's policy that the buyer must
report Defective after 14-days of receipt for electronics http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161246. Then the buyer replied "I want a refund the camera is damaged. I bought if for a cruise and it ruined it by not charging and taking horrible pictures. I will leave you the worst negative feedback if you do not issue me a refund.".
The camera is a new and cheap one ($160). It doesn't seem right that two
things occurred at the same time: won't charge and take blurry picture. I
smell Evil here. Is it worthy to fight?
