发帖数: 1316 | 9 谁知道！月初，6月份的Rewards显示在账户里，去店里买东西，说是已经被redeem了，
打电话去又说他们看到是能用的，最后店里经理主动给我override的。前几天看到账户
有个25%off entire transaction的胖子，上面没说是店里用还是网上用，网上试了下
显示"invalid coupon"，去店里马内急给我用coupon validation tool查了说是也不能
用。后来经理打电话到cross channel，得到approval之后还是给我override的。账户
还有30off60的胖子，也是不能用。都搞不清了，乱七八糟的。 |

Staples问客服被block的原因，了解后告诉他们保证不会再犯，通常几天后就会恢复
membership了 |
