发帖数: 108 | 1 在Amazon上大概两个月前卖了个打印机，今天病人说要退？我问具体啥情况，她回信说：
The printhead appear to not work.
When I attempt to clean the print head - it still does not work.
When testing, all of the colors do not print. even after cleaning and
replacing all ink cartridges (which I should not have had to do). But I did
just to see if bad cartridges were the problem. The cartridges are not the
problem.
这会是什么问题？请大牛们给出个主意。谢谢了。 |

printerhead能经常出问题吗？病人是个国人。我这账号没有几个fb，很担心她给我来
个neg或别的。
