一台refurbished没人收，
只能自己处理了。
结果碰到个非要打印CD的。

4/11 order,
4/26 要求退货
各种交流，许诺50刀refund，都没有接受
5/9 同意退货
5/14 收到退货
今天收到，缺了原先的CD和说明书。
接电源，未连电脑，开机后屏幕不停的闪，
显示错误信息 'The printer's ink pads are at the end of their service life.
Please contact Epson support.'
这种一般是啥情况，是碰到坏人了吗？
