that is missing is the part that plugs into the wall. I have been to Best
Buy trying to find it and it is a +$40 item. How do you want me to handle
this. A prompt response would be appreciated since I will need to use the
computer as soon as possible. Also I have tried to register the computer
with Dell since there is about a year of warranty on it. To whom and at what
address was the computer registered with Dell. This information would help
me transfer the ownership warranty papers to my name. Thank you for your
speedy assistance.

I am happy to report after rechecking the box that the part I needed to
complete the AC Adapter was in the sleeve alongside where the computer was
inserted in the box. So we do not have a problem after all. Thank you for
your speedy and courteous response. If I need to send or do anything
additional to change or amend my original complaint about the missing part
please advise me. I hope that you all have a prosperous and great Christmas. |
