卖家list的是new/brand new
ebay把new的条件写得很清楚了，说要和商店卖的一模一样
觉得卖家也不算存心骗或者太evil，就是个菜鸟
我嫌麻烦不太想退货，因为退了还要寄要重新买
请问神医如果我开case，ebay能同意部分退款吗？
感觉ebay上描述不准的普通卖家太多了，遇到好几次了，就是人蠢吧
难怪你们卖东西的时候，写的是new还有人写信问是不是new
付款前我也问了一句是不是brand new，真是无语
