1. USPS website says that the buyer address cannot be recognized (correct
zip should be 46994 instead of 46994-4121). I guess that is why according to
tracking USPS held it for pick up in a local postal office for a couple of
days. Tracking shows then it was delivered (not sure if it was picked up or
what).
2. From county parcel data search I found the address was for a US Bank
branch. But there is a recent ownership change. This location cannot be
found through US Bank's website.
3. Looks like current owner of this property is not the same as the
recepient. Current owner has sex offender registry on him.
4. This property is pretty cheap, about $80,000.
Any ideas/suggestions how to fight back?

第一次经历亚麻被charge back, 问几个问题:
1. 正在准备回复, 想知道shipping time是怎么计算得. 买家选的是standard, 我给用
的是priority. 时间是从order date开始算还是从estimated shipping date开始算?
回复关于运输速度时应填买家选的慢的速度(service)还是实际我用的快的速度 (
service)?
2. 运输期间通过亚麻给买家发了两个message(or email)更新运输状态和feedback, 没
法送达买家. 亚麻系统里说"Due to security reasons, we were not able to
deliver this message. ". 亚麻给我的电邮说 "The ecipients have decided to
leave the Amazon.com platform or are not eligible to receive any further
email communications.". 第一次见到这样的. 是不是evil的可能性很大?
3. 跟踪号显示送达的第二天,买家就和信用卡联系了charge back. 产品目前普遍在促
销,不知是否买家后悔了还是咋的.抑或就是一个纯evil. 对上这种直接charge back 的
胜率有多大?
