item looks like refurbished. A refund will do. Also, the customer wants a
refund as well for the return shipping fee. Please research the issue and

The customer called the manufacturer and was told that the printer is no
longer covered under the warranty. If you can cover the $35-45 fee for the
Out-Of-Date Extended Warranty then the customer is very willing to keep the
item. |
