一列上去就有买家买去一台$500多电脑，马鬃用next day寄，快到买家门口时：
UPS: The Delivery Intercept request for this package was successfully
completed. / Shipper requested return of package.
好像被 买家退回马鬃仓库。
马鬃refund买家后，要再收我10多块fee.
请问我能收买家restocking fee吗？收多少？多少天之内必须收？
我必须付马鬃10多块fee吗？怎么知道买家退货原因？ |

FBA you canot do anything on fee.
restock can be talked if return after 30 days(but Amazon may said the buyer
contact amazon already within 30 days even they return it in 6 months later) |

buyer changes mind/refuses delivery – > restocking fee – yes
所以困惑啊 |

nothing impossible. 只不过你有high chance lose something 而已.
no hurt, 不argue 100% 损失,argue也许有可能不损失.

跟马鬃联系了，不能收restocking fee, 必须交fba fee
还没开张，就交了不少fee |
