前几天卖了几本书。。
其中有个人说：
email1: The package was delivered but the package had been ripped open and
the book was not there. The post office asked for info on what was supposed
to be in it. They received the package in this condition.
email2" The book was lost in shipping which I emailed you about yesterday.
The professor now does not want them to have this book so we would just like
to cancel the order and get our money back. I haven't heard from you about
the issue that the book wasn't in the package that showed up. Please send
us some response.

如果真的掉了？ 可以找usps要回来？
如果被病人黑了？ 那要charge他什么return fees吗？
