一般是buyer直接选择contact amazon, amazon的csr吧buyer的话转发给seller

比如

然后货去了另外一个地方。然后他说没收到。
不知道他如何做到的。
现在一般是货到，我更新tracking no.
这样就是有一些贱人，即使收到了，看你没有给tracking no，就来信说要这个，想查
状态。
然后你更新后，他丫就闭嘴了。

吧，然后等了很多天没收到。今天就被A-Z了，说要的信息都发了，还撒谎说printer
defective。明明他之前的email都说了duplicate order。我都不知道是amazon客服有
问题，还是buyer有问题。
