shipping label, it will tell you covered or not
2) next time in your item description , put "ship to paypal confirmed
address only", then u can refuse to ship to paypal unconfirmed address
without issues |

so it is safe to ship but u need a tracking numberto protect urself
Unconfirmed address does not necessary mean not "safe"
it means this person doesn't have credit card on file,
many cuban First Second generation live in FL, they may not have credit card
but it seems this person has a bank account to pay so it is
eligible for seller protection
(all non US bank are unverified anyway )
u better chat with paypal online rep to confirm before shipping |
