file a form with your real name on Driver's license. However, some of the
rebate exclude PO box. I cannot think of any at this point but some of the
rebate does.
UPS store has street address p.o.box look like an apartment number. All
rebates can be used with that address and you can even ship the package
there. Also use them as your billing address if you were blocked by Staples/
BB, etc. However their box is very expensive, around $15-20/month.
You have to go by yourself and the boxes will be available right after you
pay.

rebate, 会被认为同一个地址吗？因为UPS store地址前面街名相同，后面apt#不一样
。
