这人非要说 必须今天到 周末fedex 是上班的 是biz day，
我把amazon suggested date 贴给他看 还是不依不饶 给我了一个neg 真是受不了怎么

make sure that the buyers know that we are Chinese. Never have a problem
after that. If you shipped ground with expedited shipping, buyers always
complain about that. You should refund him some shipping money.

这种人每个月都会遇到1-2个 但是这样难沟通的还真少见

they are GOD with no moral. That's why most Chinese cannot go to manager
levels here because they lack the communication skill. They may be good at
one or two things, but think they are the best on everything. Totallay an
education failure!

shiprush也能看到，后来shiprush就看不到了，照理说科长那个系统应该是同样的机制啊
