最让人气的是cs5， 说serial number 不对， 我到adobe公司证明这个serial number
是对的。 没用。 A-Z直接说我list不对。 又把钱退了。 我这开包货根本没办法处理
啊。
Amazon上就没讲理的地方。

REFUND。
幸亏客户跟我提了一句，我才写了个TICKET把钱要回来了。100多块啊。

你partial refund, 哪怕只要refund 了 一块钱, 他再argue 就是另外一套程序了.
当然, 你也不能真的refund 1块钱, 合理charge restock fee 就行了
