use a linux livecd, start, mount the harddrive
then u can access the files
u can erase the passwd by editing /etc/passwd on the partition you
mounted, but i believe you can save the trouble just installing a fresh
version of other operating systems |

partition， 然后可以会到出厂设置。

then email the patient, told him you have some xxx files of him. If he doesn

to pay 60% resotcking fee, he can see the files on youtube. :-)

one can change the root passwd if he can access the computer physically
