Exact purchase model
Purchase model serial number
Purchase date
Purchase price
If the serial number is not printed on the invoice or packing slip you may
write in on the paperwork before submission. Please reference your quote

我在om买的，他家的invoice根本就没有这么全的信息，连个Purchase date都没有，怎
