matter where the buyer is from, no exceptions. You may wish to remove that
verbiage from your description lines (which buyers do not have to read
anyway) before Amazon.com shuts you down permanently for violation their
seller rules.
I did report your listings to them. If you are going to sell on Amazon.com,
you need to read, in it's entirely, the specific rules for sellers. This
isn't Ebay and you can't just make your own rules up.
