it now买，这个 和fixed price是不一样的。

If you are a Non-Store owner and you are selling in Auction Style Format you
will be able to list 50 items for free each month. These items will not
have any Insertion Fees at all no matter the starting price. eBay will also
allow you to add Buy It Now to these items for free. However, after these 50
free items, your Insertion Fees and Buy It Now Fees will be the same as
what eBay Store owners pay now (see current fees). Your Final Value Fee for
any item sold in Auction Style Format is now 9% of total sale amount, with a
maximum fee of $100.
