原来产品title里的with是and，然后图片中有两个产品的照片，这是病人的来信。
In the picture you advertise it as two cases, and in the title you put "Just
Barely There" and "Brushed Aluminum Finish". Going off the picture, I was
under the impression that the "Just Barely There" was the gray case, and the
"Brushed Aluminum Finish (Black)" was the black case.

Master's degree, and during my academic years, I read a lot of IEEE
articles, and I really admire your title as the IEEE Student Branch Chairman
for The University of XXX. It is a great honor to have you as a our
customer!
After graduation, I worked for the industrial world as a software engineer
for many years before I recently opened this tablet and handheld case
manufacturing business. Whether an engineer or a businessman, I benefit a
lot from the academic background that I built in college. I learned that we
should always be precise no matter what we do. It is a terrible mistake that
we made in the title and the photos for the case we listed on Amazon that
misled you to believe we are selling two cases. I am so sorry for all the
inconvenience it brought to you, and I am glad a young fellow scholar
pointed out this mistake for us.
I have updated the title of this product, and I will ask our designers to
add a title to the photo as soon as possible so it will not mislead any more
customers. We will also address this in our company all hands meeting and
go over all the online listings, making sure all of our verbal and graphical
descriptions are accurate. Accuracy is everyone's responsibility to
themselves and to the world. We will remember this lessons learned.
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our service, and enjoy our
