下面是我收到的医生发过来的信。大意： 医生和ebay在dispute fees，要我取消交易
，并且不用我退回已经收到的货物。其中有诈？还是我真的中奖了？

eBay. I have sent you a request to cancel our transaction. I am asking that
you accept my request to cancel our transaction. Accepting this request will
in no way impact the positive feedback I have left or the status of the
item that you have received. There is no need to return the item either. If
you have any questions please reply to this before denying the request.
