record with the rep (right after I placed order since $100 is not showing in
confirmation email) says my order qualifies and will be deposited to my
account when the order ships. But yet they said they don't find this promo
offer for my order.Order received 2 days ago. |

个电话过去问问已经apply 到你帐户上没有。

我online chat以后, rep二话没说, 说"promotional credit did not show yet, and
I will refund $100 to your credit card in 10 business days." |

order over $100, Can anyone confirm this is how the credit works?
