After we had processed your order, the warehouse notified us that due to an
unusual spike in demand for the item you ordered, we had unexpectedly ran
out of stock. All of our efforts to try and locate the item among all of our
suppliers were unsuccessful.
We sincerely apologize for refunding this order and for any inconvenience
this may cause you.
We do want to make it up to you, and thus we offer a 5% discount on your
