T.T. (telegraphic transfer) payment到我的银行账户，然后安排人来pick up。
我拒绝用T.T.，让他的人付cash，他说他的人不能付cash，而他可用Paypal。
请问用Paypal收钱有保证100%安全的办法吗？谢谢
