2. 是不是让其往我信用卡里bill pay就安全？听说往信用卡里打钱是去不出来的？
3. paypal 可以实现为任何美国的信用卡转钱吗？ |

2. 也不完全安全。差不多，就算对方可以取出来，也比paypal要费力很多。
3. 不知道。从没有把paypal balance直接转到信用卡。不知道可以这么操作。
ps. 最好的办法就是了解对方，尽可能确保对方不是骗子，再交易。
不然骗子总是比你有经验的。
