Hello, i am sending this letter to inform you that when i received my
package there was nothing but a box with nothing inside of it. i would
appreciate if you can send me my item inside the box, there was no ipod only
a back box. i would appreciate this very much or there will be negative
feedback and a claim filed thank you please respond immidiately sincerely,

I am a trustful seller. so far， All of my customers are very satisfied with my products. I am 100% sure the IPod is in the box.
But I am willing to work with you to resolve this issue. I am asking for two business days to do investigation. I will fully refund you after I contact with FedEx.
Also don't worry. I keep the SN of the Ipod. I will report the lost to Apple. Anybody who register this product and use it online will be caught.
Thank you very much for contacting me and your cooperation. I will do my best to resolve this problem.

CB有10块，自己的成本只有45块嘛。
哪位AMAZOn大牛给个建议啊！大家都受益嘛。

I let my friend to mail me something over $2500. bought full insurance. The
package disappears after it is in somewhere in NJ. They ask me to wait 30
days. I told them no way and I will report to BBB. They immediately told
me go to claim department. After 14 days' "investigation", they ask me for
invoice of the item, which is in the box as well. fortunately, my friend
made a copy before mail out. Than another 14 days, I got a check of $100!!!
. I called them and yell at the manager, the manager claim they only cover
$100. I have to fax my shipping receipt to let them verify this. (
Ridiculous since they have all information).
and after 14 days, I got another check of $2400 but I was still charged for
the $30+ shipping. I have to call them again to get the check of shipping
fees. A bunch of craps. I feel fedex ground is getting worse after taking
over DHL. |

高兴完了之后一想，一是这事其实还没完，这个SB完全可能再来个幺蛾子。
二是这是个新手骗子，经验不比我这新小护士多多少。他要是不承认东西在他那里，我
有啥折。
如何避免再上当呢。老神医们就都没有些经验分享？
