，病人说acer不给换，
Acer has just called me and told me that they will not replace the laptop
under warranty, and that it would cost $199 if I want it repaired.
Apparently my apprehension in sending the machine to Acer (upon your
recommendation) was well founded. I will have them send the machine back to
me at which point I will again request a refund through either eBay, Paypal,
or American Express.
这怎么办，acer自身机子有问题，怎么不给换，还要钱呢？ |

笔记本寄到acer，acer说不能换，要给钱修，damn acer |

perfectly, the other arrived with a broken LCD (shows only white-gray, and
random striated colors. Please let me know what I need to do to get a refund
as soon as possible. Thank you.
