比如ＯＲＤＥＲ 的是ＧＩＦＴＣＡＲＤ 还是 WASHER 还是IPOD ？
应该答案是 YES 吧 |

1）DISCOVER 规定STAPLES的电脑无 CASHBACK。
2）FATWALLET 也有此规定。

CC and cashback website are different!
Although CC has cashback website like discover cash, they share different
information level.
It depends on the website to share the information with CC or not..
Your example are all cashback website. CC's infra can not hold any of those
informaiton. Also, Staple computer order using different order processing
code. That is why CC know it is computer.
So it is case by case.
