Dear xxxxxx,
Yesterday we received the following printer: Brother MFC-5890CN Professional
Series Color Inkjet All-in-One with Networking and Large-Size Printing. We
bought this printer with the sole purpose of making 11 x 17 copies.
Nonetheless, even though LARGE-SIZE PRINTING is heavily emphasized in all
advertizing, documentation, and even on the box, this printer is NOT capable
of COPYING OR SCANNING 11 x 17 documents, only printing them! I guess you
are supposed to read between the lines. Unfortunately, we did not find this
out until the printer arrived at our offices. We are going to have to
purchase the Brother MFC-6490CW Professional Series Color Inkjet Wireless
All-in-One Printer, which claims it "Prints AND COPIES on up to ledger-size
(11 x 17-inch) paper. Therefore, WE ARE REQUESTING an RMA number for the MFC
-5890CN that we received yesterday. Thank you very much for your prompt
service!

I will take it as loss if he finally returned it.

Don't try to play me. I sold you the brand new sealed in the box one, if
anything wrong go back to the manufacture warranty.
I will fight with you on this because I know you are a drop shipper and it
looks to me you tried to return a different defected printer from another
state. I have scanned the printer serial number and I will report to amazon
on this.
Good luck on your business but do your business honestly otherwise you will
get more and more trouble.
