怎么弄，超过500了，ups寄的，没有签名，ups的Proof of Delivery也只有说是

so what should i do? 是file not as described (if go with this case, surely i
will ship brick back to this sob) 还是 not authorized（paid by ebay gc）？
我已经在ebay message里和it对话过了，是不是还是如实file not as described的靠
谱，反正tracking一显示delivered，refund是自动的吧。 |
