之前ipad 交易各路神医基本paypal付款，没有问题。
这次是交易美金和rmb,面额较大，结果喀喀。

And just called paypal and submitted the document on resolution center. will

我觉得老不用，一用超出平时的交易额才会被REVIEW啊。。
