But something fishy here:
her ebay email是 mail.ru, only 3 positive feedback 都是几刀的东东.
ebay registered address is at MO (and unconfirmed in the ebay item sold
email), but the confirmed paypal shipping address is at Hyannis, MA
这是骗子吗？ 如果是的话, 怎么对付才能避免negative feedback.

insurance + direct signature. Should be safe.
Otherwise, find a reason to cancel transaction lo. Just say her ebay addr
and paypal addr does not match, which does not comply with your company's
policy. etc. lol

It seems the address is either an apartment building or a business complex.
I will contact her about the mismatch on the address.
BY the insurance+ direct signature, would UPS be best choice?

shown unconfirmed in the paypal payment notification email. Is this normal?
