很多rate乱来
好比只有脑残才会给ebay 35% 25% 乃至8%的cashback
不多不少，就给个4%，该用的还是会用，不用的依然不用。
也不多做做广告，知道BCB的人还是少
条例也弄得很复杂
还经常就被人double dip
