I bought a laptop with a 24" monitor and sold the monitor separately on ebay.
The buyer told me that this monitor has no serial number, since is was
purchased as part of a system. And the serial number is apart of the
computer, meaning that I can't transfer or give him the warranty separately.
What would you suggest me to do? Thanks alot!
(I did notice that I don't give refund in the original post, but I feel I
need to solve this for the buyer...) |

如果要修显示器的话，需要提供电脑的service tag number
如果你想单独tranfer 显示器的warranty，估计比艰难。你可以给病人一个电脑的
service tag
number证明其warranty的有效，再告诉他有了问题和你联系。貌似只能这么忽悠了
