1. box.net
上传mp3至box.net不经再压缩，音乐质量最佳。
下面是如何用box.net上传音乐的说明，非常感谢作者cure
找到文件，click "file options" or "more options" menu
select "share"->"embed file in your site"
from the embed code, copy the quoted string after "src=",
then put "v" in front.

3. youtube.com
youtube可以上传录像，但只能上传录像，直接mp3不行。录像会经过再压缩。
进入录像，copy the url from the address bar,
then delete "watch?" and replace "=" by "/" and put "v" in front.
example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDFWtzWUE1M

4. tudou.com
tudou可上传音乐或录像。上传mp3再压缩损失不严重，上传录像再压缩损失较严重。
进入录像，copy the url from the address bar,
then replace "programs/view" by "v" and put "v" in front,
remove the "/" at the end.
