google voice call out to usa and canada for free.
and current gv+sipgate+ata solution kind of combines the two.
that's why we can have free calls. am i right?
the next question then, will gv stop giving out free calls?

这个不太可能吧，gv 就是个转接的，电话成本都是两方自己出。
