I called Business Support Center, 800-922-0204, a nice lady took the
phone. here is what I got:
1.$60/month for 200 min anytime and 500 night&weekend, 20% corporate
discount, need your work email.
2. $199 for the phone. I said that BB doesn't need 100 MIR, she waived
the $100 MIR immediately.
3. I wanted to waive the $35 activation. we then settled on waiving

freezed. I am swamped lately though.

It turns out that my corporate discount can't be applied to $30 voice
plan. so I switched to $35 voice plan, with 300 anytime minutes and
unlimited Nights and Weekend. you would have to call for this plan though.
My $30 data plan stays the same.
so my monthly bill is $65*0.8=$52 plus tax
