象ICRA和IROS好像从来没有延期一说，其他的CASE, ROBOIO, ICMA什么的倒是经常延期

回去国内享福去了，呵呵。
反而在美国开的ICRA比较排斥中国，

that they only accepted about 10 papers from China. The problem was, at
before, after accepted, most authors from China would not register the
conference.

1.费用昂贵
2.签证困难
3.最主要的是美国怕技术泄漏
