fair value is only 2 to 3buck..maybe less.

offering to grab more money from the public .. i thinkin long run znga is
still a good company. but the fb hype made all these stocks may overvalued

other management) to broker, who will distribute those share to other
retail. the company get NOTHING.
hard to image the company is good for long term, if from management to
engineer all want to quit once they are able to SALE the stock.

such thing "all want to quit once they are able to sell the stock".
In job market, Znga is still a hot company here in SV.
