ER 关注的, 在我看来, 不是业绩, 而是唿悠, 即会端出神马计划 to turn around the
company.
若是唿悠让人信服, 则有可能上看 $2, 否者会打回原形到 $1.2 或更底.

tie our seat belts and got ready for the roller coaster, even a free fall
ride !
Hope you have a strong heart to withstand the rides!
On a side note, to pay a stock with less than its net cash value seems a
fair bet. Their kind of reputable new managements would be also a plus to me.

The bright spots:
1) Share buyback completed in 2011. The current share count is around $50M
reduced from previous quarter of around $53M;
2) Cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, and marketable securities-
current totaled $109.3 million as of December 31, 2011, which reflected a
reclassification of $42.3 million from marketable securities non-current to
marketable securities-current;
Therefore the current cash per share would be (109.3 - 11.8)/50.7 = $1.92 /
share
3.In Q1 2012, Management does not anticipate bad debt expenses or write-
downs in the first quarter, resulting in significant decreases in total
operating expenses and net loss quarter-over-quarter.
4)Book value still good even after the big write-down: 156 / 50.7 = $3.07 /
share
a. Total short-term borrowings were $11.8 million;
b. Total Share count is 50.7 M at Q4 2012.
c. Shareholders' equity 156.07 M;
My thoughts: Doubt any pop near term even the share price is quite lower
than the cash. However, it seems a good bet to me in the long term if one
would believe the new management might do a good job to turn the company
around. My wishful dream is the equity value would be reflected in the share
price, say, in one year.
